- 2 oz Bonvilles Court Distillery Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Club soda
- Lemon slice, for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add 2 oz of Bonvilles Court Distillery Gin, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top off with club soda to add a refreshing fizz.
