RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 oz Bonvilles Court Distillery Rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Dash of bitters
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add 2 oz of Bonvilles Court Distillery Rum, 1 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of orange juice, 1/2 oz of lime juice, and 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Add a dash of bitters and a pinch of ground nutmeg for a touch of spice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and fresh mint leaves.
